In response to Taiwan’s COVID-19 Epidemic Warning Level 3 restrictions, ABC-ATEC has established the epidemic prevention Team on April 23, 2021.

1. Covid-19 control and prevention management
1.1 In line with the changes in the Covid-19 situation, ABC-ATEC adopts a one-to-four level management model and holds regular epidemic prevention meetings to discuss and track the development of the epidemic situation in Taiwan and the epidemic prevention measures in the factory.

2. Reporting mechanism
2.1 Establish bottom-up reporting mechanism and process
2.2 Colleagues or their family members, who have been notified of home isolation or home quarantine, should report promptly to the unit supervisor for further prevention actions.

3. Home Isolation / Home Quarantine/ Self-Health Management
3.1 Follow guideline from Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) to set up tracking and management mechanism for Colleagues under infection risk.

4. Investigation of activities history
4.1 Conducts the investigation following the confirmed cases announcement of Taiwan Center for Disease Center or city government, and tracks colleagues’ health status for those who have been to the venues visited by confirmed cases.

5. Colleagues health monitoring
5.1 Contractors/visitors/customers are required to comply with temperature inspection, QR Code conduct name registration, self-health declaration and sanitizer use.
5.2 All colleagues check their body temperature, disinfect their hands, and wear medical-masks all times in the factory.
5.3Provide lasted prevention measures and carry out epidemic prevention publicity.

6. Environment management.
6.1 Socially-distant seating arrangements in restaurant.
6.2 Sanitize public area (elevator, stair handle, meeting room, restaurant and toile, etc.) and daily encounter surfaces (desk, keyboard, mouse, cell phone, document cabinet and laboratory, etc.)
6.3 Open the offices window to keep the air circulation and using the air conditioner moderately.

7. Administration management
7.1Enforce crowd controls via video conference, Line conference and telephone conference.
7.2 Avoid unnecessary business travel.
7.3Use variety channels of communications to update employees about the prevention measures, such as Line Group, TV screen, email, etc.
7.4Implementation of rotate staff in smaller groups, work in different sites or work from home.
