Governance Highlights | • In 2022, the proportion of female directors reached 20%(which is higher than the national survey data for the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The data indicates that the proportion of female directors in all listed companies in Taiwan was only 14.47%, while for TPEx listed companies, it was 15.48%.
