In addition to this, ABC Group adjusts night shift schedules for female employees during their pregnancy period. In ABC’s Taiwan plants, dedicated parking spaces for pregnant women are also provided to ensure that employees can commute to work with peace of mind. In 2022, the percentage of female employees in ABC was 50.99%, and the proportion of female executives and managers within the entire group was 42.70%.
