• Top Three Satisfaction Items:
(1) A safe and secure working environment
(2) Immediate supervisors are able to promptly identify areas for improvement or errors in work and provide constructive advice
(3) Employees are able to communicate freely with their immediate supervisors without concern about negative consequences• Employee Feedback:
(1) According to the survey results, employees expressed relatively high satisfaction with the overall working environment and team communication. However, many employees lack confidence in areas such as personal development, promotion opportunities, and the company’s operational outlook. It is recommended to set short-term and specific goals, and to provide timely recognition upon achieving these goals. This would help employees clearly understand their accomplishments, experience a sense of progress and achievement, and be motivated to continue their efforts.
(2) Although employees generally feel able to communicate freely with their immediate supervisors without concern about negative consequences, and some have had discussions about their progress within the past six months, the findings suggest that employees still perceive a lack of motivation and support despite open communication with department supervisors.Improvement Plan:
