On July 20, 2022,ABC-ATEC Electronics Group held a certification ceremony for the "Greenhouse Gas Inventory Verification" at the Taiwan headquarters of ABC-ATEC Electronics Group, and the verification statement was issued by the representative of Bao Baiyu, deputy general manager of SGS Taiwan Inspection Technology Co., Ltd., and the representative of chairman Joseph Hsu and general manager Francis Fan of ABC-ATEC Electronics Group. 

In the face of the climate crisis, energy conservation, carbon reduction and greenhouse gas emission reduction have become the most important issues for global citizens, and in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibility, ABC launched the greenhouse gas inventory program in 2021 and adopted the "ISO 14064-1:2018 Organizational Greenhouse Gas Inventory" The standard prepares a greenhouse gas inventory report, and the Taiwan head office completed the external verification of greenhouse gases in May this year, and the overseas factories continue to handle the external verification work that is expected to be completed by the end of the year, which will serve as the basis for promoting carbon reduction related measures in the future. ABC also actively promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction, the second plant B building material factory to build a pure water recovery system, the establishment of metal iron powder recovery mechanism and wastewater recycling and reuse, not only gradually reduce the risk of organic solvent hazards, but also save the use of water resources, the second plant C building intelligent factory planning for green building combined with intelligent technology factory, the implementation of environmental protection, energy conservation and carbon reduction concept, after the completion of the green building certification.

The severe impact of climate change has aroused great attention from the world, and net-zero carbon emissions have become a global trend, and the pressure on enterprises to reduce carbon emissions has followed.
